| 摘 要： | 结合订货装配(ATO)型供应链运作的特点，从通用物料单(BOM)入手建立了以供应链联盟整体收益最大化为目标的供应链整体设计决策模型．面对市场需求的多样化，供应链联盟的盟主企业能够通过该模型更加灵活地对原料与配件进行生产指派．通过产品需求的灵敏度分析，表明ATO型供应链企业采用通用BOM将会在一定程度上降低市场需求变化对整体收益的负面影响．

| Abstract: | Based on the operation characteristics of ATO supply chain,a decision model of supply chain with the approach of G-BOM has been established. Applying this strategic supply chain to firms can manage with diversity market demand more flexibly and the product of materials and components can be designed by the core enterprise. Finally,the application of this model can lighten the negative impact from the variance of market demand on the whole profits of supply chain. |
