军校大学生心理问题及引导对策

当前军校大学生的心理问题主要表现为：军校环境适应不良引发的心理焦虑问题；挫折承受力脆弱引发的心理抑郁问题；自我再认知失真引发的心理困惑问题；情绪表达受阻引发的心理压抑问题等。针对这些问题，应从结合军事训练及时开展心理预防教育、加强军校心理健康教育课程建设、加强军校心理辅导工作力度、优化军校心理健康教育环境等方面入手，推进军校心理健康教育工作的开展。

A Study of Countermeasures of the Mentality Problems of Students on PLA University

The primary mentality problems of students of PLA university are described and classified as follows. First, the maladjustment to the circumstance of PLA university induces students' worriment. Second, bad endurance of frustrations induces the blahs of students. Third, anamorphic self-cognizance puzzles students. Fourth, blocked emotional expression leads to students' oppression. Based on the above problems, it is needed to take an attention to the work of mental health of PLA college students which contains mental defend, mental health courses, psychologic assistance and optimizing the circumstance of PLA college.
