摘    要:目的:运用原子吸收分光光度法、原子荧光光度计法和气相色谱法测定沙棘果油、籽油重金属和农药残留量。结果:沙棘果油、籽油的砷、铅及六六六(BHC)、DDT检测方案为沙棘油安全卫生检测提供参考依据。结论:利用超临界萃取技术检测沙棘果油、籽油中重金属和农药残留的量均未超标,符合国家食用油标准。

Abstract:Objective: To detect the contents of heavy metals and pesticide residues in sea-buckthorn fruit oil and sea- buckthorn seed oil by using the atomic absorption spectrophotometry, atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer method and gas chromatography method. Results; The detection schemes of arsenic, lead, BHC and DDT in sea-buckthorn fruit oil and sea-buckthorn seed oil can provide the reference basis for the safety and health detection of sea-buckthorn oil. Conclusion: The detection of heavy metals and pesticide residues in sea-buckthorn fruit oil and sea-buckthorn seed oil by using the supercritical extraction technology shows that the contents of heavy metals and pesticide residues do not exceed the standard and conform to the national edible oil standard.
