摘    要:通过模拟重庆地区冬季和初春的低温环境,研究低温环境中不同强度光照环境下野古草种子的萌发对策.结果表明:在低温环境中,野古草种子有一定时间的休眠和低的萌发率;相对于高光照和中光照环境,野古草种子在低光照环境中有更高的萌发率,同时,野古草种子的休眠率和达10%萌发率的时间呈现出随光照减弱而减少的趋势,发芽势呈现出随光照减弱而增强的趋势.说明野古草能在冬季或初春季节进行萌发,但存在休眠现象,并且高光照环境不利于野古草种子的萌发。

Abstract:To study the germination strategies of Arundinella anomala Steud.seeds in different light intensities and low temperature,which is simulating the temperature in winter and early spring in Chongqing city.Three light intensities were applied to the seeds: low-intensity light,middle-intensity light,and high-intensity light.The results indicated that A.anomala seeds had dormancy phenomenon and low germination percentages in low temperature.Compared to high-intensity light and middle-intensity light environment,A.anomala seeds under low-intensity light had higher Germination percentage.Meanwhile,the dormancy percentge and Days to 10% germination of A.anomala descreased with the light intensity decreasing,and the germination power of A.anomala seeds increased with the light intensity decreasing.The results demonstrated that A.anomala seeds can germinate in winter and early spring.The high light intensity environment in winter and early spring is adverse for the germination of A.anomala seeds.
