| 摘 要： | 新世纪构建图书馆竞争情报为企业服务成为图书馆的发展方向。构建图书馆竞争情报系统分析的几个组成部分,包括情报课题选择、情报部门的组建、构建情报知识库、建立图书馆竞争情报系统运行机制,图书馆竞争情报建设应注意几个问题,包括战略情报和战术情报协调工作、团队素质和情报道德建设。

| Abstract: | It has become the library's developing direction to construct the library competition information and serve the enterprises in the new century. Constructing library competition information system has the following components: the project selection of information, seting-up of intelligence department, construction of information knowledge base, seting-up of the operating mechanism of the library' s competition intelligence system. Other several questions which include the coordination between strategic intelligence and tactical intelligence, and the constructing of quality team and intelligence ethics. |
