摘    要:研究叶片减振器静密封的主要失效形式与密封性能,并完成其选型与结构设计.结合叶片减振器的密封性能及其对静密封的要求,利用非线性有限元力学分析方法对叶片减振器的O形密封圈结构进行建模、计算.优选O形密封圈结构的使用参数,确定叶片减振器静密封性能失效的准则,为叶片减振器静密封设计、优化与性能研究提供依据.根据叶片减振器的实际工作压力,验证了计算结果准确可信,并通过实车试验的可靠性考核,证明了利用有限元设计静密封结构的方法可行.

Abstract:To get the static sealing performance of a vaned damp and find a valid method to solve the O-ring seal nonlinear problem which can be used in design.Based on the performance of the vaned damp and static seal,simulation about the O-ring seal in the vaned damp was applied by the nonlinear finite element analysis method.The factors influencing sealing performance were considered,such as initial compressibility,sealing materials and groove width.Applying the method,the seal structure was designed and optimized.The O-ring seal structure in the paper passed the vehicle reliability experiment.The method of design for the O-ring seal structure in the vaned damp is proved valid.
