硅藻土-分子筛复合吸附材料的制备及其对苯酚吸附性能的研究

摘    要:利用天然硅藻土和具有高效吸附能力的分子筛分别通过复配法、原位生长方法和二次生长法制备了硅藻土/分子筛复合吸附材料。用扫描电镜(SEM)对复合材料形貌进行分析。使用高效液相色谱(HPLC)研究了复合材料对苯酚的吸附性能。研究结果表明:复配法复合材料为硅藻土和分子筛之间相互混杂,各种组分独立发挥吸附作用;原位法与二次法复合材料是在硅藻土表面生长一层分子筛构成的复合结构,分子筛主要为吸附作用,硅藻土作为载体发挥截留和辅助吸附作用。二次法材料表面的分子筛生长程度优于原位法材料。与硅藻土相比,硅藻土/分子筛复合材料吸附能力有很大提升。

Abstract:In this work, diatomite/zeolite adsorbent composites were prepared by natural diatomites and zeolites with highly adsorptive function. Preparation methods include: ratio combination, in situ growth , and seeding secondly growth. The surface of the zeolite/diatomite composites was analysed by SEM. The capacity of adsorbing phenol was also tested by HPLC. The experimental results show that: In ratio combination materials, diatomites and zeolites are mixed together, and each component show its own function independently; In situ growth matirals and seeding secondly growth methods are complex structures, in which a layer of zeolites grows on the surface of diatomites. Zeolites play the main role of adsorption part,while, diatomites play the role of an interception and an auxiliary adsorption part. Zeolites have much a better growth performance in seeding secondly growth method than in situ growth method. The results show that the adsorbent composites have such a better capacity of adsorption than diatomits have.
