江西省土地利用现状分析和对策研究

以土地详查数据为依据，通过对江西省近几年土地利用状况相关资料的定性与定量分析，阐述＇广区域土地利用现状与变化特点，并分析了影响其变化的原因．研究结果表明：随着现代社会经济的发展，目前江西省的土地利用过程中存在着农业内部结构不合理，耕地减少与人口增加矛盾，城镇土地利用效率不高等问题，严重影响着土地的可持续利用．为促进江西省土地的优化利用，应采取以下措施对策：落实土地利用的基本国策，积极保护耕地；开展农村居民点及工矿用地的整理，挖大建设用地存量；结合产业布局规划的需要，调整工业和农业建设用地的空间布局；加强土地利用监管和宣传，保障土地供应．
