樊学油田多层系地层水结垢与配伍性研究

摘    要:选取樊学油田6个不同层位地层水,通过水质分析,碳酸钙结垢趋势预测,集输管线垢样SEM、EDS分析,以及不同层位地层水静态配伍性实验,考察樊学油田多层系地层水结垢特性.结果表明:樊学油田各层系地层水矿化度最高达120.5 g/L,成垢阳离子含量最高时超过10 000 mg/L,具有明显的碳酸钙结垢趋势.结垢物主要是方解石、碎屑石英、长石、粘土颗粒,以及碳酸钙灰泥、有机物、铁腐蚀产物.不同层系混输普遍具有结垢量大、配伍性差的问题.

Abstract:We chose six types of formation water from different sections.Through the water quality analysis,the trend of calcium carbonate scaling was predicted,the SEM and EDS analyses were conducted to the scale samples from the gathering and transportation pipeline and the different layer formation water static matching experiments,and the characteristic of scaling in the multi-layer formation water was investigated.The results showed that the Fanxue oilfield,with a high degree of mineralization above 120.5 g/L and a high scale cationic above 10 000 mg/L,commonly had a significant tendency of scaling formed by calcium carbonate.The scale forming matter mainly consisted of some calcite,clastic quartz,feldspar,clay particle calcium carbonate plaster,organics,and corrosion products of iron.The gathering and transportation system was generally characterized by many scale forming materials and by poor compatibility.
