摘    要:根据历史背景以及《新修本草》、《玄奘传》等史料的分析,推断出:唐太宗时期只引进印度饼块糖石蜜制法;唐高宗龙朔元年(公元661年)请来印度制糖专家,才引进印度沙糖制法。

Abstract:Based on historical context and an analysis of texts such as Xin Xiu Ben Cao (Revised Materia Medica) and Xuan Zang Zhuan (The Life of Xuan Zang),this article deduces that during the reign of the Tang emperor Taizong,only the methods of preparing cake sugar and hard molasses were introduced from India.
