甘肃省定西地区集雨灌溉高效农业模式研究

摘    要:位于黄土高原丘陵沟壑干旱半干旱区的甘肃省定西地区,面临生态恶劣和经济贫困的双重危机.在长期实践中,定西地区将集雨节灌作为改善生态环境和提高土地生产力的结合点,大力发展雨水集蓄节灌高效农业,为解决旱地农业问题,实现可持续发展提供了一条新思路.本文着重研究了定西地区集雨节灌生态农业模式的组成内容、空间布局模式及其经济、社会和生态三大效益.并针对存在的主要问题,提出了对策建议,以期为类似地区推广应用集雨灌溉农业技术,发展现代高效农业提供借鉴.

Abstract:Dingxi Prefecture is located in the foothill of the Loess Plateau, where the climate is arid or semi-arid. Due to the intrinsic atrocious eco-environment, Dingxi Prefecture has been facing the vicious circle of eco-environmental vulnerability and poverty in a long time. Meanwhile, the local people created, from the long-time practice, the rainwater collection and water-saving irrigation as means for improving eco-environmental attainability and increasing fields' productivity, and energetically developing high-yield ecological agriculture, thus offering a new way for solving the problem of agricultural development in the arid or semi-arid region. This paper intensively studied the content of the paradigm, the composite mode of rainwater collection and efficient utilization in different landforms, and the economic, social and ecological benefits from developing the ecological agriculture in Dingxi. This sustainable paradigm of the rainwater collection and water-saving irrigation is characteristic of both eco-environmental benefits and high yield. In the end, the author probed into the existing problems and put forward the countermeasures, aiming at offering scientific reference for similar regions in their development of an ecological agriculture.
