摘    要:往复式氢气压缩机组在线监测系统的开发主要是针对机组运行特点和现场要求而设计的,通过对机组进行在线监测,可以实时掌握机组运行状态和变化趋势,为实现预知维修及机组的高效运行提供了可靠保障。该开发系统介绍了利用虚拟仪器(VI)技术的软件开发平台LabVIEW,对大型往复式氢气压缩机组实施在线监测的整体设计方案和软件设计。

Abstract:An on line monitoring system for a large scale reciprocating hydrogen compressor group was developed according to the working characteristics of the compressor group and the requirements of the factory faculties. By on line monitoring the compressor group, its working state and the state changing trend could be indicated at real time. Thus, the predictive maintenance can be realized and the safe and efficient working of the compressor group can be guaranteed. The whole design project and software design of the on line monitoring system of the large scale reciprocating hydrogen compressor group were introduced, based on the concept of virtual instrument(VI) and its development enviroment LabVIEW.
