云南产辣木叶的化学成分研究

摘    要:利用现代分离纯化技术对来自云南产的辣木叶95%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化并通过波谱数据和理化常数分析,对其中13个化合物进行鉴定.结果为β-carotene (1),β-sitosterol (2), oleanolic acid (3), moslinic acid (4),β-amyrin (5), taraxerol (6), methyl4-caffeoylquinate(7), 4-caffeoylquinic acid(8),chlorogenic acid(9), 1-kestose (10),2-hydroxybenzoicacid (11),3,4-dihydroxy-benzoic acid (12) and 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furancarboxylicacid (13).其中化合物4、5、10和11均从该植物中首次分离得到.

On the chemical constituents from the leaves of Moringa oleifera in Yunnan

Abstract:Thirteen chemical constituents in the leaves of Moringa oleifera were obtained by using the silica gel, modern separation and purification techniques. Through their spectral data and physical and chemical constants, these compounds were identified as β-carotene(1),β-sitosterol(2), oleanolic acid(3), moslinic acid(4),β-amyrin(5), taraxerol(6), methyl4-caffeoylquinate(7), 4-caffeoylquinic acid(8), chlorogenic acid(9), 1-kestose(10), 2-hydroxybenzoic acid(11), 3,4-dihydroxy-benzoic acid(12) and 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furancarboxylicacid(13). Compounds 4,5,10 and 11 were isolated from the leaves Moringa oleifera for the first time.
