摘    要:以钼酸钠和硫代乙酰胺为反应物,在表面活性剂的辅助下,通过水热合成的方法制备了二硫化钼微球。探讨了表面活性剂的种类以及反应体系的pH值对二硫化钼形貌的影响,通过SEM、EDS、XRD等手段对二硫化钼进行表征。结果表明,所制备的二硫化钼是2H结构;在反应温度为240℃、体系pH约为8、添加CTAB辅助水热合成的条件下,可以得到形貌较好的二硫化钼微球。

Abstract:Assisted by a surfactant, molybdenum disulfide microspheres were prepared by hydrothermal process using sodium molybdate and thioacetamide as reactants. The influences of the used surfactants and the pH value on the morphology of molybdenum disulfide were investigated. The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results indicate that the products possess the structure of 2H-MoS2. It was also shown that molybdenum disulfide microspheres have preferable morphology when the reaction was assisted by CTAB at 240 ℃ and the pH value was about 8.
