基于项目的知识管理结构模型研究

阐述了在知识经济时代,组织所面临的重要挑战,并对组织项目的知识管理结构及应用方法进行了分析研究。针对组织的知识管理活动,提出了一种组织知识管理的结构模式,并把知识管理的结构分为人员结构、内容结构、技术结构和处理过程结构,同进对其运行方式进行了探讨,提出知识管理团队的组成及关系,最后结合理论,给出了一个实现方法。本文的研究结论为组织运作提供了一些实用的建议,为今后组织知识创新管理活动及计算机智能决策管理的设计提供了一种组织方法。

Knowledge management structure model based on project

This paper describes the challenges which the organization faced in knowledge economic age,studies the knowledge management structure and the applying way of organization.According to the knowledge management activty of organization,it puts forward the knowledge management models of organization,and divides the structure of knowledge management into the personnel structure,content structure,technique structure and handle process structure.It also discusses the running method of the knowledge management structure and the knowledge management team composition and relations.Finally,this paper puts forward a realization way.The research result provides practical advices for the organization running and a kind of organized way for knowledge innovation management action and design of computer intelligence decision management.
