摘    要:分析斗轮取料机中心上线和悬挂式滑线小车上线两种回转上线方式在大角度回转时的问题,讨论拖链装置的结构和工作原理,设计斗轮取料机大角度回转上线的拖链装置.拖链装置经实际使用,效果良好,可为斗轮取料机大角度回转的电缆回转上线设计提供参考.

Abstract:This paper discusses the problems coming up when central cable feeding of bucket wheel reclaimer and suspended sliding cable feeding slew at a large angle.The structure and principle of cable festoon are discussed as well.Cable festoon of large-angle slew for bucket wheel reclaimers was designed and proves effective,thus solving the difficulty.This design can serve as a reference for designing slewing cable feeding at a large angle for bucket wheel reclaimers.
