南方鲶幼鱼血细胞发生的研究

对南方鲶 (Silurusmeridionalis)幼鱼肝脏、脾脏、头肾和肾脏中血细胞的发生过程进行观察 ,发现白细胞主要在头肾和肾脏产生 ,肝脏和脾脏是红细胞发生的场所 .由原始型血细胞到晚幼血细胞 ,细胞由小到大 ,然后再变小 .鱼类血细胞分化水平相当于哺乳动物晚幼血细胞时期 .

Heamocytogenesis in southern catfish Silurus meridionalis

The development of blood cells in liver, spleen, pronephros and kidney of south ern catfish(Silurus meridionalis)are observed. Erythrocytes devel op mainly i n liver and spleen, at same time most of granulocytes develop in pronephros and kidney. Lymphocytes develop in pronephros, kidney, and spleen while monocytes d evelop in pronephros and kidney. From the period of primitive blood cell to the late period of immature blood cell, the size of cells becomes bigger and bigger, however, from the late period of immature blood cell to the mature blood cell, the size of them becomes a little smaller. The blood cells' differentiation be i ng low, most blood cells in the peripheral blood corresponds to the late period of immature blood cells of the mammal.
