智能涡流转速计的设计

摘    要:目前广泛使用的不含微型机的数字式转速计,其电路比较复杂,测量范围与精度不能兼顾,而且采样时间长,难以测得瞬时转速,文章介绍一种智能涡流转速计的硬件设计。在单片机的控制下,将传感器输出的信号转换成瞬时转速并显示,具有体积小,集成度高,功能强等优点,可在转速测量方面得到广泛的应用。

Abstract:Currnetly, there are the digital tachometers which use extensively without any microcomputers, its electric circuit is very complicated, its metrical scope and accuracy can't be taden into account at the same time, its sampling time is so long that it is hard to measure the instantaneous rev. This paper mainly introdues the hardware design part of a kind of eddy current transducer. Under the control of the single chip microcomper, it can change the frequency signal which is from the transducers into the instantaneous rev and display. It has the advantages of small physical volume, high integrated degree, strong function, etc. and it gets the application in the aspects of rotate speed ,measure.
