摘    要:采用凹凸棒石作处理剂,聚合氯化铝做絮凝剂,对高岭土洗选废水进行了吸附实验研究,结果表明对于200 ml洗选废水,当凹凸棒石用量为2 g,絮凝剂用量为0.2 g时接触反应4 min后对CODcr的去除率达到92%:对总Fe的去除率达到88.3%;对洗选废水脱色率高达85%,处理后废水色度值降至50.对洗选废水中有机污染物的去除机理为在pH值大于等电点(ζ)的条件下,凹凸棒石一水悬浮体系的结构电荷和表面电荷与有机污染物分子两性聚合电解质发生的静电吸附作用.凹凸棒石对金属离子的去除作用为固一液界面碱性诱导的Fe3 水解沉淀以及胶体颗粒之间的强静电吸附.

Abstract:Treatment of wastewater from kaolin beneficiation with surfactant-modified palygorskite has been performed.The results show that for 200ml wasterwater with 2g palygorskite,the removal ratios of CODcr are up to 92%.Moreover,the modified palygorskite also shows good results for Fe3+ removal from wastewater and better than activated carbon.The modified palygorskite is effective for decolorizing absorption.The decolorizing ratios reach 85%.The removal of CODcr by modified palygorskite attribute to the strong el...
