| 摘 要： | 文章对新时期制约农民收入增长的主要因素进行了探讨，并对城乡一体化发展条件下的贵州农民增收问题进行了再认识，为农民增收提出了对策建议，对解决“三农”问题，建立贵州农民增收的持续快速增长机制具有一定的参考价值。
