| 摘 要： | 从污物中分离出一株产果胶酶的兼性厌氧芽孢杆菌Xg－01，该菌株的pH适应范围广，最适pH值为中性，最适生长温度为37℃，生活力强，生长快。在以桔皮粉、硫酸铵为碳、氮源添加无机盐的发酵培养基中，果胶酶活力达9．48U／mL。
