| Abstract: | The esterase isoenzyme patterns of the parental strains of Bt and the fusants obtained by protoplast fusion have been studied. Compared with parental strains, the esterase isoenzyme patterns of fusants changed much more obviously, showing that esterase isoenzyme can act as the genetic marker to assess fusants. |
