摘    要:为了分析零扬程工况水泵的内部流态、流动损失、非定常特性以及在此工况下机组运行的可行性,利用计算流体动力学技术对太浦河泵站原型机组近零扬程工况进行了定常和非定常流动特性仿真计算。通过实测验证,近零扬程工况下机组运行是稳定的。仿真计算结果与实验结果基本一致,说明所采用的定常、非定常流场理论的计算方法和水压力脉动理论的分析方法是正确的。详细分析大型泵站在近零扬程工况下的运行情况有助于更全面地把握大型泵站的运行性能及稳定运行区域。

Abstract:A computational fluid dynamics(CFD) model was used to simulate steady and unsteady flows in a large slanted axial pump at the Taipu River pumping station for near-zero head conditions.The simulations calculated the flow field,flow losses,unsteady flow fields and operating conditions.Tests show that the pump station runs steadily for the near-zero head condition and the simulations agree well with the experimental results,which verifies the method used to calculate the steady and unsteady flows and the theory used to analyze the hydraulic pressure pulse.The results also show that CFD analyses of large axial pump stations for near-zero head conditions can accurately predict the operating characteristics and steady operating conditions.
