| 摘 要： | 区域产业集群将企业与区域竞争力紧密联系起来，突出了企业在地域组织中的核心作用。但很少有人探讨跨国公司在产业集群形成和发展中的作用。跨国公司或是被区域已有的成熟的产业集群所吸引，进入后促进它的进一步发展和壮大，或是因其进入促成当地相关产业的集聚，形成新的产业集群。

| Abstract: | Regional industrial clusters are closely related to the regional competition and emphasize the core function of the corporations in the regional organization.But few people discuss the function of the transnational corporations to the form and development of the industrial clusters.Some transnational corporations are attracted to the regions which own mature indrstrial clusters and promote their further development,others which enter the regions drive the form of the new clusters. |
