摘    要:涂层结构材料的温度场分析由于受涂层厚度尺寸的限制,一直以来是数值计算的难点。文章采用多域边界元法,将涂层结构分为基体和涂层2种不同的子域,在涂层域中引入一种完全的解析积分算法,解决了边界元法分析涂层结构温度场问题中存在的几乎奇异积分难题,计算了涂层结构在不同层厚比时涂层内的温度和热流;算例证明该方法可比常规边界元法大为有效地求解超薄涂层结构中温度场分布问题。

Abstract:The temperature field analysis of the coating-structures is difficult in numerical evaluation due to the very small size of the coating's thickness.The coating-structure is divided into the substrate domain and the coating one,and boundary element analysis of each domain is carried out in this paper.A completely analytical algorithm has been introduced to deal with the nearly singular integrals of the boundary integral equations in the coating domain,and the temperature and flux in coating have been calculated by the present method.Numerical examples demonstrate that the present method can analyze very thin-walled coating structures in comparison with the conventional boundary element method.
