This paper discusses the researches on the development of the heliotactic bean with genetic engineering,the improvement of the food flavors with immobilized microorganism and immobilized enzyme,the techniques for improving the food quality with the protein engineering,the expression of sweet eggs'functional genes in advanced plants,and the production of edible vaccines with genetically engineered crops,etc.
