摘    要:将质量守恒方程及NavierStokes方程应用于旋转连铸结晶器内钢液流动特性研究,探查了结晶器转速、水口注流流量、水口浸入深度对流场的影响·模拟计算结果表明,随着转速、水口注流流量、水口浸入深度的变化,回流区发生移动,流场分布受水口注流流量、转速的影响较大·

Abstract:By using the equations of mass conservation law and Navier-Stokes, as well as applying 3D numerical calculation about spiral continuous casting mould, and computer simulation the fluid flow in spiral continuous casting mould was studied including the effects of the fluid field under the different parameters (casting speed, rotational speed, immersion depth). The results show that with the change of those parameters, fluid flow velocity distribution has been changed, which is mainly affected by casting speed and rotational speed.
