| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高血压患者实施健康教育路径的效果。方法将102例住院高血压患者随机分成两组,观察组(52例),采用临床护理路径进行健康教育,对照组(50例)采用传统方法进行健康教育。结果治疗依从性和血压有效控制率,观察组健康教育效果和对护理工作的满意度均明显优于对照组。结论应用临床护理路径开展健康教育可提高健康教育质量与患者对护士工作满意度。

| Abstract: | Purpose: Discussion on the effectives of implementation of health education pathway for hypertension patients.Method: To divide 102 hypertension patients into two groups,apply clinical nursing pathway in the health education to observation group and traditional way to control group.Results: The satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly better than the control group from the effective control of blood pressure rate.Conclusion: By applying clinical nursing pathway in health education,the quality of health education and satisfaction rate of the patients to nurses can be increased. |
