| Abstract: | The colleges' fine arts education in the minority nationality regions should make the innovative education according to their own environments and the economic development,aiming at cultivating the "perfect person".It should organically unify the elementary knowledge,the study of basic skills and the cultivation of students' innovative ability,the practical ability and the entrepreneurial spirit to promote the development of local social economy. |
