对紧固件连接结构中紧固件柔度系数的研究

摘    要:在民用工程结构中普遍采用紧固件进行结构连接,紧固件的柔度系数是分析紧固件连接细节部位的疲劳强度的重要参数。通常确定紧固件柔度系数的方法大多基于试验,人力物力耗费巨大。本文希望通过理论方法对紧固件柔度系数进行研究,获得新的计算紧固件柔度系数的方法,以达到节省物力和时间的目的。经运用材料力学和弹性理论知识,推导出了计算紧固件柔度系数的公式。将此方法与各知名公司及NACA报告NACA_TN_1051等方法比较后,本文方法不但计算结果与它们符合的较好,而且对影响因素的考虑更加全面,因此本文提供的紧固件柔度系数计算方法具有一定的使用价值。

Abstract:Fastener is popularly used joint metal structure in civil structure. The flexibility of fastener is very important to analyze structure detail fatigue strength. Usually, many methods of fastener flexibility are all based on test. Lots of test should be taken and it would cost much. Study fastener flexibility by theory and get a method which can calculate fastener flexibility. In other words, this paper wants to find a method to instead of tests and time as more as possible. A formula which calculates fastener flexibility was found by using materiel mechanics and elastic mechanics. By comparing the method of this paper with the method which is from a famous aviation corporation or NACA report NACA_TN_1051, it proves that the method of this paper is consistent with them. And the method of this paper has considered more influence factors. So the method of this paper is useful in practice.
