人机工程学在核电站管道布置中的应用探讨

摘    要:分别从人体尺寸参数、人体生理结构和人员的人身安全三个方面,对一些管道布置中的人机工程学应用问题进行了阐述,核电站管道布置应充分考虑人的因素,与人体身高、眼高、通行宽度等尺寸参数相配合,与人的视距范围和手臂出力等生理特征相适应,方便人员操作,并保证操作者的人身安全和人体健康。

Abstract:From the aspect of human body sizes parameters, human physiologic properties and personal safety, It describes some ergonomics issues that are applied to piping layout design. Sufficient human factor should be considered in nuclear power plant piping routing design work in order to fit tightly with body height, height of eyes and passing through width, to match human visibility range and muscle power, facilitate the operation for people and to guarantee personal safety and health of operators.
