特殊分支井射孔完井技术应用研究

摘    要:
分支井能够提高采收率,降本增效。而钻井完井工艺、工具尚不成熟。本文主要介绍了射孔完井过程中,在某分支井上分支悬挂器没有配套导向工具的情况下,通过参照井身结构和带有导向器的管柱在分支井内不同深度有期望的遇阻显示,判断管柱是否进入预定分支井内,最终实现分支的机械悬挂、水力密封以及主、分支井眼的贯通等分支井关键技术。文中对该井射孔完井工艺技术及施工过程进行了阐述,模拟管柱进入不同分支井其下入深度和拉力的变化关系。该导向器研究和射孔管柱力学应用获得了该井射孔完井成功,为特殊分支井射孔完井施工提供可靠的理论依据。

Abstract:
Lateral wells can improve recovery, reduce the efficiency. The drilling and completion techniques, tools not yet mature. This paper describes a perforated completion process, In the lateral wells, when no oriented tool supported in Lateral- hanger, by reference to the casing and the different expected depths show in the lateral wells of the column with the director, determine whether column enter the predetermined lateral well, Ultimately achieve the mechanical suspension and hydraulic seal of the lateral, and the crucial technology of lateral wells the perforation of the main, lateral borehole etc. the perforated completion technology and construction process in the well are described in this paper, Analog the relationship of the depth and tension of column in a different lateral well. The research of director and the mechanical application of perforating string acquire the success of perforated completion, provide a reliable theoretical basis for construction of perforated completion of a special lateral Well.
