黄皮大小孢子的发育和雌雄配子体形成的研究

摘    要:本文报道黄皮大小孢子发育、结构以及雌雄配子体的形成.研究主要结果如下:1.小孢子的发育比大孢子为早,其发生的类型为同时型;2.小孢子四分体的排列为四面体形;3.胚囊的发育属蓼型,胚乳的发育为核型;4.胚珠倒生,具两层珠被;5.胚囊母细胞发育排成直线形的四分体,其中靠合点端的一个胚囊细胞将成为有功能的大孢子,但靠珠孔端的其余胚囊细胞则不发育.

Abstract:This paper deals with the development of micro and mega sporogenesis and the formation of male and female gametophytes in Clausena lansium (Lour.) Skeels.The main results are as follows: 1. The development of microspore is earlier than that of megaspore and it is of a simultaneous type. 2. The arrangement of microspore tetrad is a tetrahefdral. 3. The development of embryo sac belongs to the polygonum type and the endosperm to the nuclear type. 4. The ovule is anatropous and biteginous. 5. The megaspore mother cell develops into a linear tetral and the megaspore at chalazal end will become a functional megaspore but the rest at the microphyte end will not develop.
