摘    要:动态观察琼脂凝胶体系中草酸钙晶体的形成情况, 采用X射线粉末衍射 (XRD)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、红外差谱对晶体进行表征,使用配有数码相机的生物学显微镜拍摄晶体形貌。结果表明,在此体系中得到了不同形貌的多种晶型草酸钙晶体,其中三水草酸钙 (COT)所占比例最高,二水草酸钙(COD)最少。并对此体系中的草酸钙晶体形成机理进行了探讨。

Abstract:The formation process of calcium oxalate crystals in the agar-gel system was observed and recorded.Various calcium oxalate crystals were characterized using powder X-ray diffraction,infrared spectra and biomicroscope with digital camera.The results showed that varied morphogenesis crystal including monodinic monohydrate (COM), tetragonal dihydrate (COD) and triclinic trihydrate (COT) were produced in the agar-gel system.Among them,the proportion of COT is the largest while the proportion of COD is the smallest.In addition,the formation mechanism of calcium oxalate crystal in the agar-gel system was discussed.
