AHP中正互反判断矩阵一致性调整的新方法

全面阐释了层次分析法（AHP）中一种针对正互反判断矩阵进行一致性调整的新方法．该方法的基本策略为综合专家给出的AHP判断矩阵中的直接判断信息和全部间接判断信息，以几何平均求值的手段导出对应的完全一致性矩阵；接着利用此完全一致性矩阵与原判断矩阵以几何比例调和的手段构造出新的调和矩阵；最后在保证一致性比率要求和预定精度要求的前提下改变调和因子取值使得到的调和矩阵不但具有满意一致性而且能够最大程度地代表专家决策意愿．给出的算例演示了本方法的实施过程同时表明该方法在实际决策中是行之有效的．

A NEW CONSISTENCY REGULATING METHOD OF JUDGMENT MATRIX IN AHP

In this paper, a new consistency regulating method of the judgment matrix in AHP is dis- cussed completely. It is the main idea that we can derive a completely consistent matrix which combines direct judgment information and all indirect judgment information in an AHP judgment matrix by means of calculating geometric mean; and then we can structure a new harmonic matrix in the harmonic pro- portion of the completely consistent matrix to the primary judgment matrix, finally we can ensure that the regulated matrix is of acceptable consistence and includes the most judgment information on the premise of taking aim at consistency ratio and scheduled accuracy requirement. In this end, a numerical example is used to illustrate the proposed method and indicate that it is feasible and effective.
