涡旋式压缩机涡旋齿线型修正的新方法

摘    要:本文分析了在切削加工过程中刀具对涡旋式压缩机渐开线型涡旋齿的干涉现象及其对排气角和压缩机容积比的影响。提出了一种对渐开线线型修正的新方法。经过修正的一对涡旋齿,排气角可达2π,实现零余隙压缩,可以较大幅度地提高压缩比和容积效率。按照这种方法,通过电子计算机求解,得到了十分精确的加工要素,并在产品试制中采用。样机试验结果表明,修正后的涡旋齿啮合情况良好。

Abstract:An analysis of the interaction between the cutter and the involute in the machining processes of scroll wraps, its influence on the discharge angle and the build-in volume ratio, and a new method of involute wraps correction of scroll compressors are presented in this paper. After correction by new method, the discharge angle may become 2jr and the top clearance may turn to be zero. Therefore, higher build-in volume ratio and compressor efficiency can be achieved. By the aid of computer, a group of accurate results has been obtained. A scroll compressor that employes above results has been developed and the scroll wraps of the compressor mesh with each other correctly.
