硬线钢Al_2O_3-SiO_2-MgO-CaO-MnO系夹杂物低熔点区域控制

摘    要:对某厂生产的高碳硬线盘条中的夹杂物成分进行了统计分析,并通过热力学计算软件FactSage计算分析了Al-Si-Mn复合脱氧条件下高碳硬线盘条中Al2O3-SiO2-MgO-CaO-MnO五元系夹杂物低熔点区域的控制范围.在五元系低熔点区域内Al2O3的质量分数可达56%,CaO的质量分数为20%~30%.
