能带结构与方势阱参数的关系

摘    要:要了解无缺陷立方晶体材料能带结构的主要特征,可将电子在晶体中的运动简化成单电子在一维周期方势阱中的运动.依据能量本征方程,导出周期势场能带结构超越代数方程,编程求解能带方程,发现周期势场参数(势阱宽度和深度、势垒宽度)对周期方势阱中电子运动能带结构(允许能带总数、每个能带宽度)的影响.

Abstract:To know energy band structure characteristics of no defects cubic crystalline material,electronic motion in the crystal was simplified to a single electron motion in a cycle square potential trap.According to energy eigenvalue equation deduced,the beyond algebraic equations of the band structure in the cycle potential field was given.To solve the energy band structure equation by programming,the relationship between periodic potential field parameters and the electronic energy band structure was found out.
