| Abstract: | Environmental problems and environmental benefits are closely connceted with each other. Looking at the surface of things, we arc facing cnvlromcntal problems but looking at thc rcsult of facing these problems, we have environmcntal bcnefits. Thc sharc of the distribution of environmental benefits and the Obligation of resolving environmental problems incvitably leads to the problem of cnvironmental justicc. This paper focuscs on the essence and substance of enviromental justicc, and cxplains thc mcaning of environmental justice from various anglcs, Such as cthics, politics and cconomics. |
