超磁致伸缩驱动器的输出力动态响应特性

摘    要:设计了一种新型超磁致伸缩驱动器,通过ANSYS有限元分析软件对超磁致伸缩驱动器的内部磁场进行了仿真。并搭建了输出力动态响应特性测试系统,通过改变外加电流与预紧力大小对驱动器的动态响应时间进行研究。实验结果表明,该驱动器的磁场设计合理;当电流小于2.5 A且预压力一定时,其输出力响应时间随电流的增大而减小;设计的驱动器在预压力达到300 N时输出力响应时间最短。

Abstract:A new type of giant magnetostrictive actuator is designed, and the internal magnetic field of the actuator is simulated by ANSYS. The dynamic response characteristic test rig of output force is built, which is used to study the dynamic response time of the drive by changing the applied current and the preload force. The results show that the design of magnetic field of the driver is reliable, when the pre-pressure is constant and the current is less than 2.5 A, the response timeof the output force decreases with the increase of current, and the designed driver output response time is the shortest when the pre-pressure reaches 300 N.
