二芳基乙烷的合成研究

摘    要:采用共沉淀法制备了复合型固体超强酸SO42 - /TiO2 -Fe2 O3,并将其用于二芳基乙烷的合成 .制备该催化剂的最佳条件为 :钛铁摩尔比为 1∶2 ,浸泡其用的硫酸浓度为 0 .5mol/L ,焙烧温度为 5 5 0℃ ;其催化活性和稳定性都优于单氧化物固体超强酸 .该催化剂催化合成二芳基乙烷的最佳条件为 :苯乙烯与二甲苯之比为 1∶7.5 ,催化剂用量为 1 %(总投料质量百分比 ) ,反应时间为 3h ,反应温度为回流温度 ,产率可达 92 .1 %.

Abstract:The composite solid superacide SO 4 2- /TiO 2- Fe 2O 3 was choosed for the first time to catalyze the synthesis of PXE. The optimum conditions for preparing the catalyst were as follows: molar ratio of Ti to Fe 1∶2,soaking with 0.5 mol/L sulphuric acid and baking at 550 ℃ for 3 h. The optimum conditions for using this catalyst to synthesize PXE were using 1% of catalyst with the molar ratio of xylol to styrene being 7.5∶1 and the reaction temperature being 140 ℃ and reaction time being 3 h; The yield of PXE under such conditions was about 92.1%.
