摘    要:采用价格仅是乙酰氯1/3的乙酸酐为酰化剂,并选用吡啶为溶剂兼缩合剂,替代二氧六环及氢氧化钙,合成1,3-二苯基-4-乙酰基-5-吡唑酮,在不减少得率的前提下,使制备成本大幅度降低,工艺更为简便

Abstract:Acetic anhydride, whose price is only 1/3 of that of acetyl chloride, is used as the acylation agent. And instead of dioxane and calcium hydroxide, pyridine is chosen to be the condensation agent as well as the solvent. Thus, without reducing the yield, the cost of the preparation for 1,3diphenyl4acetyl5pyrazolone is greatly reduced and the routine is even easier.
