离子束生物技术改良同源四倍体水稻的设想

摘    要:利用离子束注入技术对同源四倍体水稻进行遗传改良,有可能为进一步利用水稻强大的杂种优势效应和深入研究水稻无融合生殖现象寻找到新的突破口。对同源四倍体水稻进行遗传改良的技术思路是,瞄准2个总体目标(挖掘水稻的产量潜力和简化水稻杂种优势利用的确定);采用3种有效技术(离子束生物技术、组织培养技术和多倍体诱导技术);确定4个研究方向(直接利用同源四倍体水稻的增产潜力、利用同源四倍体水稻的强大杂种优势效应、固定其杂种优势效应和深入研究同源四倍体水稻的生殖发育特性);达到5个预期目标(探索物种形成的途径、研究生物学特性、寻找遗传变异规律、挖掘潜在利用价值、建立新的育种技术体系)。

Abstract:A new way may be found to excavate more visible heterosis and to study apomixes in rice.Many problems need to be settled in breeding good autotetraploid rece,but practicability of ion beam bio-technology in autotetraploid rice breeding are testified.The technical thinking includes the two goals(to excavate potential yield and to simplify the procedure of using heterosis in rice),the three kinds of techniques(ion beam bio-technique,tissue cultrual technique and polyploid inducing technique),the four research directions(to use directly potential yield in autotetraploid rice,to excavate hybrid vigor,to fix heterosis,to research reproductive and developmental characters in autotetraploid rice),and the five results(to search ways of origin of new species,to study biological characters,to find lows of heredity and variation,to excavate potential values,to build new breeding system).
