人体下肢活动的生物力学研究

摘    要:本文研究的目的是通过下肢数理模型,不同姿势起跳人体重心轨迹变化,下肢主要肌肉肌电活动以原地纵跳为例进行综合性研究,揭示其内在规律,为体育教育,运动训练,选才提供生物力学基础。研究对象为10名男性运动员,年龄为20岁,用JTI-肌电仪测定下肢肌肉的肌电,用Bolex摄影机以每秒64幅频率拍摄原地起跳动作。

Abstract:The purpose of this study is trying to make a comprehensive study by making the mathematical modd of the loiter extremity and the locus change of the center gravity of human body during the takeing-off in different postures and measuring the electromyography of the major muscles of the louer extremity and taking the vertical jump take-off as an excomple. So that theybrought to light the intermal law and provided a biomschanical basis for physical education,Sport training and Selecting athletes. The subjects (10 male athletes aged 20) have been measured and recorded major muscles of the louer extremity using JTI-electromygraph, Beside the novement of the vertical jump was filmed by a BOLEX camera at a sampling rate of 64fts. The center fibmed were entered into a computer for measuririg by using a Film Motion Analyer.We also analyzed with mathematical model. The results of study indicated that there is consistency between the analysis of the mathematical modd of lower extremity and the result which is from the expriment. The lengh of the lower extremity, especially the legs are langer which is mort adwontageus.It is to the height of the take-off. This can be used as one of Target of Selecting athletes The major muscular activities of the lauer extremity are in an orderly and additional way.
