| Abstract: | The conception of the "ecological civilization" was put forth for the first time in the political report of the 17th Congress of the Party.This is the new idea for governing and rejuvenating our country,and also a new task for our Party in the new historical conditions.In the new historical period,it is of great importance and difficulty to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization.The construction of ecological civilization must be strengthened from the prospective of thought and action. |
