锰系低碳白口铸铁磨球的热处理

摘    要:研究了砂型铸造锰系低碳白口铸铁磨球经不同温度回火及不同温度空淬处理的硬度、抗多冲碎裂性能与抗磨性.结果表明,■60磨球含锰5%以下,空冷未能淬硬.低碳白口铸铁磨球含锰量不宜高于3%.

Abstract:Researchs have been made on the hardness, the repeated impact break resistance and the wear resistance of the grinding ball of manganese low carbon white cast iron, after being tempered and air quenched at different temperatures.The results showed that the air quenched 60mm grinding ball containing a manganese content of below 5% was not harden quenched. It is suitable that the manganese content of the manganese low carbon white cast iron grinding ball is less than 3%.
