| 摘 要： | 广西建国５０年来，特别是改革开放２０年，科技事业取得了长足发展，但与先进省市相比差距还很大，与先进发达国家相比差距更大。提出加快广西科技发展必须抓住西部大开发的机遇，加大改革开放力度，搞好几个硬件建设，寻求科技与经济的有效结合，充分发挥科技机构的整体功能。

| Abstract: | The science and technology in Guangxi has greatly developed since 1949, especially in the past 20 years of reform and opening up.Comparing with the advanced provinces and municipalities, Guangxi still has a long way to go.To speed up the development of science and technology,Guangxi should seize the opportunities in the West Development Project of the state;further improve the construction of capital investment environment and management;seek the effective junction points between sciences and economies; exert the massively function of academic institutions in economic construction. |
