摘    要:针对“导风墙-烘干床”式球团竖炉的高效化,讨论竖炉某个利用系数下的“最佳”气流分布。研究结果表明,同时满足焙烧温度、焙烧带内的氧浓度和焙烧带内气流分布均匀性的气流分布,即为“最佳”气流分布,它由充足的焙烧和冷却风量以及适宜的气流分流来确定。

Abstract:Pelletizing shaft furnace(PSF) is usually used to produce acidic pellet in China. However, it becomes increasingly difficult to adapt to the great development of iron and steel industry, and the fundamental way out lies in high-efficiency. Gas flow distribution is very important in the design and production of PSF, which has been ignored for a long time. In this paper, the desirable gas flow distribution in PSF is defined at first, and then the measures to control desirable gas flow distribution are put forward.
