基于结构方程的科技类民办非企业创新发展影响因素分析

摘    要:
创新是科技类民办非企业发展的核心与关键,识别科技类民办非企业创新发展的影响因素及行为路径,对推动引导其发展、构建“创新型国家”具有重要的意义。在2012年科技类民办非企业的普查数据的基础上,通过结构方程模型分析发现,科技类民办非企业的协同合作及其内部的组织管理对其发展具有显著正影响,而普遍受到关注的政府支持却未能通过显著性检验。在对该结论分析的基础上,提出了增强科技类民办非企业协同合作及提升组织管理水平的政策建议。

Abstract:
For the Science and Technology Private Non-enterprise, innovation is the core and key. Through the analysis of the in- fluencing factors and the development path of the Science and Technology Private Non-enterprise Organizations, it has important signifi- cance for promoting its development and building an innovation oriented country. Through the 2012 census data of the Science and Technology Private Non-enterprise, we take an SEM analysis and get several conclusions: Science and Technology Private Non- enterprise's collaboration and the internal organizational structure have a significant positive effect on the Science and Technology Pri- vate Non-enterprise's development. But the Government support receiving broad attention has failed to pass the test of significance. In the end, we take several policy proposals to the enhancement of Science and Technology Private Non-enterprise collaboration and the level of organization and management.
