| Abstract: | Chinese traditional "noninterference" management thought of the Laozi and Confucius provides a new angle for the management of classes.The modern educational theory demand teachers to play a guide role in class,at the same time protect the students' major role thus to realize the students' self-teach.The aim of "noninterference" education in class management is just to improve the comprehension of the educated,through "noninterference" method of the educations to promote the students' activities. |
